The garden gnome carries its load cheerfully – guarding the frozen pond
While on the table the snow cake is waiting….
And then, it snowed some more
Have a happy christmas

How wonderful for you – a white Christmas! My son has just arrived in the UK from our home in hot Australia – imagine he’ll be freezing his little booties off! Merry Christmas, Seachanges. 🙂

Sheryl – I’m beginning to think hot Australia might be a better bet! Yes, your son will be freezing, that is, if he’s been able to get out and about at all (traffic, public transport etc tend to buckle under at the least threat of unusual weather activty! – if he’s sensible he’ll get some snowboots… Have a happy christmas and enjoy the sunshine!
Jose, and a very happy christmas to you too – hope to meet you again on these pages in the new year!

Merry Christmas season, Sea!
I love your “snowcake” on the table!
We have at last had snow, right on Christmas Day and though cold as ice outdoors, it’s Christmas magic beauty.
Hope you’re enjoying the holiday and have time for some books and paper and pens…
Sincere holiday wishes across the sea to you!

Sarah: thanks – hope you had a good one too!
Linda:they’ve come and gone! Doesn’t time fly? Cannot believe it! Pics on the way shortly… A very happy new year to you!
Oh: rain now, followed by more rain. Now, that’s the time to sit inside, curl up on the sofa and read a book, right?! Hope 2010 brings you all you wish for, and more.
